Northern
Thailand offers you
a nice view from mountains and a look at one of the oldest remaining
historical monuments... Worth a trip to check it out.
It
is not difficult to reach the most Northern Point in Thailand - Maesai. Just take the
nightbus from Bangkok, Northern Terminal Moochit2.

I do
not really understand, how the bus driver can find the road in the darkness
- this is a night-trip. The window is full with pictures, teddy-bears,
informations..... Difficult to look through the glass....
